What Were Looking For
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Nursery Manager
- Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks safeguarding and EYFS standards.
- Proven ability to lead motivate and develop staff teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience supporting children with SEN needs is essential.
