What Were Looking For
Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Nursery Manager
Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks safeguarding and EYFS standards.
Proven ability to lead motivate and develop staff teams.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience supporting children with SEN needs is essential.
