To support the Dresden Subsidy Team we are seeking an Experienced Financial Analystin the area ofpublic funded projects. In this role you will take ownership of financial administration reporting and compliance activities related to public funding. You will collaborate closely with technical project coordination and various cross-functional departments.
Your Job
Continuous monitoring of public funded projectswith regard todeviations from plan compliance with funding decisions and applicable legal frameworks.
Responsibility for payment requests internal and external financial reporting as well as documentation requirements.
Set up andongoingmonitoringof processes for funding gap management ensuring transparencyalignmentand effective control mechanisms.
Preparation and execution of audits requested by relevant funding agencies.
Execution of accounting tasks related to monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
Close cooperation with funding agencies and external consultants.
Identification implementation and support of process improvements and automation opportunities.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment onobjectives.
Support globalsubsidiesreporting and compliance oversight.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administrationora relatedfield.
Experience in Subsidy Management and Financial Compliance topics desirable.Strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced global environment.
Strong communicationskills in German and English (C1).
Broad experience with MS Office applications especially Excel.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility.
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate constructively across teams and regions.
