Supports the markets in everything related to the configuration of medical equipment configuration that is used to have a correct workflow in the quotation and ordering processes.
Your role:
Perform configuration of Philips Medical Equipment based on customer requirements
Work with database and Informatic Technologies systems to make the configuration of medical equipment
As a Global Business System based in Panama help Commercial team area in develop final customer quotations
Maintain direct contact with commercial team (Product Specialists) for knowledge and improvements of Philips equipment.
Youre the right fit if:
Bachelors degree in biomedical engineering or related fields.
1 year of experience in customer service ideally within medical devices or regulated industry
Your skills include Advanced English (B2 C1) Intermediate/Advance Excel skills effective communication and stakeholder management.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
This is an office role.
