Job Summary
CORE RESPONSIBILITY
核心职责: Through products outsourcing enhance the market competitive advantage for industry business/通过产品外包加强工业业务的市场竞争优势
Job Task: Assist manager to finish outsourcing projects including SEA projects(Thailand/Vietnam/etc).协助经理完成新外包项目包括东南亚项目如泰国/越南等
- Job TaskDaily management of outsourcing facilities/外包工厂的日常管理
- Follow up order delivery on time/跟踪订单及时交付
- Coordinate daily order processing to meet business requirements/协调日常订单处理满足业务需求
CORE RESPONSIBILITY
核心职责: Production quality management外包产品质量管理
Job Task: Lead the regular service quality assessment of thetollers in accordance with the outsourcing process按照外包流程主导对代工厂进行定期服务质量评估

Job Task:Outsourcing KPI tracking and improvement/外包业务KPI的跟踪和改善
Qualifications
- EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
教育背景要求
- Required/必需的Bachelor or above degree
知识和经验
- Required/必需的3 years Supply Chain experience/Good English ability is must
- Preferred/优先考虑的Outsourcing deparment background
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Please list bellows if there is any):
- TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Required/必需的strong communication skill; good ability of analysis and problem solving良好的沟通能力/分析能力/解决问题能力
- Preferred/优先的Strong team working spirit and hand-on capability; Good command of English both in written and oral /较强的团队合作精神和动手实操能力良好的英语口语和书面表达能力
