DESCRIPTION:
As a Systems Analyst I at Thermo Fisher Scientific youll contribute to supporting and enhancing our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier cleaner and safer. Youll provide technical expertise and system support across our enterprise applications working with current technologies in a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams while delivering effective solutions that drive business efficiency and growth. Youll resolve complex technical issues implement system improvements and ensure seamless operations of critical business applications. Were looking for analytical professionals who are dedicated to technology and ready to contribute in an organization that values integrity innovation and involvement.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree required no prior experience required in systems analysis technical support or related IT role
Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related technical field
Additional relevant certifications are preferred (e.g. ServiceNow specific platform certifications)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with enterprise software applications and databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant technical tools
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall Agile)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with documentation and process improvement
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Knowledge of IT security principles and compliance requirements
Participation in on-call rotation as needed
Ability to work in a regulated environment following standard operating procedures
English proficiency required
