As a Principal Commercial Sales Representative you will act as a results-driven hunter scaling SentinelOnes business across Eastern Europe and the CIS by winning new customers and exceeding revenue targets in the mid-market segment. You will manage the full sales lifecycle from aggressive outbound prospecting to complex deal closure while leveraging a strategic channel ecosystem to accelerate growth. Based in Czechia you will combine your bilingual fluency (English and Czech) with a consultative approach to navigate high-stakes negotiations and build trusted relationships with regional decision-makers.
What Will You Do
As a Principal Commercial Sales Representative youll take the lead in driving revenue growth across commercial accounts. Youll own the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closingbuilding meaningful relationships with commercial organizations and collaborating with our channel ecosystem to maximize success in your territory.
In this role you will:
- Own the full sales cycle: Prospect qualify negotiate and close deals with key decision-makers in mid-sized organizations across Eastern Europe and CIS.
- Build and manage a high-performing pipeline: Leverage multiple lead sources outbound strategies and channel partnerships to create consistent opportunities for growth.
- Partner for impact: Collaborate with field sales teams channel partners and cross-functional stakeholders to amplify reach and accelerate deal velocity.
- Be a trusted advisor: Develop deep knowledge of SentinelOnes solutions and the cybersecurity landscape to deliver tailored value-driven conversations.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to continuously refine your consultative sales approach.
- Deliver results with precision: Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals through disciplined forecasting pipeline management and proactive account planning.
- Communicate with clarity: Provide timely and accurate forecasts insights and strategic feedback to sales leadership.
- Work flexibly: This is a fully remote role based in Czechia with the opportunity to drive impact across the wider region.
What skills and experience should you bring
Were looking for a high-performing sales professional who combines strategic thinking with a passion for results. Youre driven curious and thrive in fast-moving environments where impact matters.
Youll be successful in this role if you bring:
- Fluency in English and Czech with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years of direct sales experience at a software vendor with a proven record of closing net new logos and driving territory growth.
- Experience selling into the commercial segment (organisations with 502500 employees sometimes more!).
- A background in working with or through channel partners maximizing collaboration and reach.
- Prior cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage though not essential for success.
- The ability to manage complex sales cycles from initial qualification through to executive-level negotiations.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced high-growth environment maintaining focus and adaptability.
- A results-driven competitive and self-motivated mindset with the determination to consistently exceed targets.
- Exceptional presentation storytelling and objection-handling skills that build trust and inspire customers.
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
