About the Role
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business through proactive outbound outreach. This role requires a confident salesperson who is comfortable with cold calling prospecting and presenting digital marketing solutions to business owners and decision-makers. The ideal candidate is self-driven results-oriented and experienced in selling marketing or agency services.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Prospecting
Cold call and prospect small to mid-sized businesses to generate new opportunities
Identify decision-makers and introduce digital marketing solutions
Book qualified appointments for strategy or discovery calls
Sales & Client Acquisition
Present digital marketing services and solutions to prospective clients
Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process
Close new business and consistently meet monthly revenue targets
Pipeline & Follow-Up Management
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and opportunities
Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential clients
Track outreach deals and progress within CRM systems
Qualifications
Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling
Experience selling digital marketing services or agency solutions
Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking sales activities
Self-motivated with a strong performance-driven mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
