Possession of a masters degree from an accredited college or university in administration or related field.
Supervisory experience in a customer-service-oriented environment.
Course work in computer information systems.
Demonstrated intermediate proficiency in the use of pivot tables or similar tools used to analyze large data sets.
Working knowledge of the University of Hawaii Manoa campus facilities and organizational structure.
