Job Summary

Are you a people person who loves being the friendly voice on the other end of the line Were looking for a highly motivated and personableCustomer Service Representative to join our in-house call center! In this role youll be handling inbound and outbound calls emails and online chats to schedule service appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. Your workday will be from 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday with a rotating Saturday per month to keep things exciting. What Youll Be Doing:

  • Be the friendly voice customers love by responding to calls emails and chats quickly and professionally.
  • Schedule service appointments like a scheduling superstar.
  • Make follow-up and retention calls to keep customers happy and coming back.
  • Deliver five-star customer service by listening carefully and providing accurate helpful information.
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to keep appointments running smoothly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals - and celebrate those wins!

Requirements You Bring to the Table:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Reliability and Punctuality - you show up ready to shine.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (phone email and chat).
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required - well gladly teach you what you need to know!
