Position:Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA
Location: 17430 N. Porter Rd. Suite 110 Maricopa AZ 85138
Schedule: Mon - Fri Part-Time
Compensation: Starting at $32.00/Hr (pending experience)
Our Banner Physical Therapy outpatient center is seeking a Part-Time licensed COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) to provide quality patient care. Responsibilities
- Detail-Oriented: Observe note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals and ensure proper documentation of patient care.
- Education: Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components.
- High Standard of Care: Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies
- Personalized Treatment: Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist optimize patients functional abilities and skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program
- State COTA license (or license eligible)
- CPR certification
- Valid state drivers license
