Key Responsibilities
Rollout Planning & Mobilization
- Define rollout scope objectives and deployment strategy in collaboration with global and local stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines budgets resources cutover planning and risk mitigation.
Execution & Deployment Management
- Lead and manage project teams ensuring clear roles and responsabilities.
- Ensure consistent execution across regions business units and functional teams.
- Track progress monitor interdependencies and rapidly resolve issues.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between global SAP teams local business users IT consultants and leadership.
- Communicate progress manage expectations and secure stakeholder alignment.
SAP S/4HANA & Process Expertise
- Leverage deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA functionalities implementation methodologies ( e.g. SAP Activate) and best practices to guide the project team and ensure successful outcomes.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Built motivate and lead high- performing project teams.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage rollout budgets monitor costs and ensure financial discipline.
- Efficiently coordinate global and local resources.
Risk Issue & Quality Management
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and deployment issues.
- Ensure compliance with methodologies governance and quality standards.
Project Closure
- Formalize project closure including final reporting and handover to relevant teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15 yearsof project or rollout management experience ideally in SAP implementations.
- Experience withat least 2 end-to-end SAP deployments.
- Proven experience leading SAP process workshops / blueprint gatherings.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge and familiarity with SAP Activate.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities attention to detail and multitasking capability.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (plus).
- German language skills.
