Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize department profitability and product penetration
- Manage and track the dealerships lending portfolio and maintain strong lender relationships
- Review and inspect daily paperwork to ensure timely turnaround and accurate deal flow
- Ensure full compliance with all federal state and local regulations
- Support and collaborate with the sales department to achieve dealership goals
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics professionalism and customer service
- Train guide and reinforce proper selling processes with the sales team
- Maintain the finance department work schedule and ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior automotive dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance integrity and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
