Theyre looking for a Backend Engineer (4 yrs experience) who thrives in early-stage high-velocity environments and can own backend systems end-to-end from prototype to production. Bonus if youve shipped AI/LLM-native applications or contributed meaningfully to open-source projects.
What Youll Own:
Build & Scale: Take core APIs and backend services from concept production handling millions of documents.
Full Lifecycle Ownership: Lead backend projects design robust systems and translate user feedback into impactful features.
Collaborate at the Top: Work closely with product engineering and enterprise customers to shape the roadmap.
Tech Stack Leadership: Python Kubernetes Terraform Postgres Temporal and the freedom to innovate at scale.
What Theyre Looking For:
Proven Backend Experience: 4 years building and shipping APIs or backend services in production.
Startup Pedigree: Early-stage experience (Pre-Seed Series B) with rapid career growth.
AI / LLM Exposure: Experience building AI-native apps developer tooling or B2B infrastructure.
Technical Fluency: Python backend Docker/Kubernetes/Helm Postgres Terraform Temporal.
Soft Skills: Scrappy adaptable articulate and excited to own real impact in a fast-moving environment.
