Job Summary
Acrisure is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team in Bradenton Florida.
This role delivers advanced analytics reporting and data insights that empower decisionmaking across the enterprise. The Sr. BI Analyst partners closely with business leaders to model data design dashboards improve data quality and translate complex information into actionable intelligence that improves operational efficiency and strategic performance.
Responsibilities
Develop maintain and enhance enterpriselevel dashboards models and reporting assets using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Conduct deepdive analyses to identify trends risks and opportunities across financial operational and strategic datasets.
Transform raw data into actionable insights through statistical techniques data modeling and scenario analysis.
Collaborate with data engineering and business stakeholders to improve data architecture pipelines and governance.
Serve as a trusted partner to business units by translating analytical findings into recommendations and executiveready presentations.
Ensure high standards of data accuracy validation and documentation across all reporting outputs.
Support automation of manual reporting processes to enable scale speed and reliability.
Contribute to BI roadmap initiatives tool adoption and analytics best practices across the organization.
Requirements
5 years of experience in business intelligence data analytics or related analytical roles.
Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Power BI Tableau or similar) and SQL.
Strong experience with data modeling DAX or similar languages and quantitative analysis.
Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights for technical and nontechnical audiences.
Experience working in fastpaced highgrowth or highly matrixed environments.
Strong communication stakeholder management and requirementsgathering skills.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Information Systems Business Statistics Computer Science or related field required.
Advanced degree or analytics certifications preferred.
Experience in fintech financial services or technology organizations preferred.
