Job Summary

Flynn Management is looking to fill an open position for a Full Time Maintenance Assistant Supervisor to join our team for apartment community in Ormond Beach FL area. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years similar experience be self-motivated able to work independently and own tools. Must have knowledge and hands-on experience of electrical carpentry plumbing HVAC and overall general repair knowledge. Shift is Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday 8am - 5pm plus available for on call emergency needs. Also needs experience as second in command/leader of the maintenance team be priority focused and adjust when needed.
