DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

In charge of directingall aspects of the program including instruction organization and strategy planning.
Position begins on or about August 17 2026.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

Knowledge of cheerleading.
Knowledge of advisory/coach trends and philosophies.
Ability to organize delegate and work with others.
Willingness to devote the necessary time and energies to maintain and improve the program.
Possess a valid first aid/CPR card.
Must be willing to work on WIAA coaching standards program for coaching certification.
Must be willing to work within the guidelines established for coaches in the Castle Rock High School Coaches Handbook.
Coaching experience preferred.

Board of Directors

COACHING SALARY:
Determined by placement on extra-curricular salary schedule.
