  • DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

    • In charge of directingall aspects of the program including instruction organization and strategy planning.
    • Position begins on or about August 17 2026.


    QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

    • Knowledge of cheerleading.
    • Knowledge of advisory/coach trends and philosophies.
    • Ability to organize delegate and work with others.
    • Willingness to devote the necessary time and energies to maintain and improve the program.
    • Possess a valid first aid/CPR card.
    • Must be willing to work on WIAA coaching standards program for coaching certification.
    • Must be willing to work within the guidelines established for coaches in the Castle Rock High School Coaches Handbook.
    • Coaching experience preferred.

    COACHING SALARY:
    Determined by placement on extra-curricular salary schedule.
