Salary & Benefits
$90000to $110000 (DOE)
$15000 Sign-On Bonus
Incentive Bonus up to 10%

Role Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is looking for a Microbiology Manager to lead a high-volume hospital central lab. You will ensure quality compliance and efficiency while supporting a patient-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily lab operations and staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards (CAP JCAHO CLIA FDA CMS)
Hire train and evaluate staff
Monitor productivity and professional conduct
Collaborate on policies quality metrics and continuous improvement
Prepare for inspections and regulatory reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelors in Medical Technology Biomedical Science Biology or Chemistry
National Medical Technologist Certification
3 years as a Microbiology Technologist
Experience in a high-volume hospital or central lab
Stable employment history
Preferred Qualifications
Masters Degree
Local Tennessee candidates preferred (relocation considered)
