Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking a CPA-qualified Finance Manager to provide end-to-end financial oversight across a diverse property portfolio.
Reporting to senior finance leadership and working closely with operational stakeholders you will lead financial reporting budgeting forecasting and client reporting activities while ensuring strong governance compliance and internal controls.
This role is high-volume and fast-paced requiring thoughtful prioritisation clear communication and the ability to work autonomously while remaining deeply connected to a collaborative team based across Melbourne and Sydney.
The ideal candidate is organised solutions-focused adaptable and confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
