Job Overview

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-person therapy services in a school-based setting. The therapist will support students in developing skills necessary for academic success and daily functioning while collaborating with teachers parents and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for students in a school environment.

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and educational goals.

  • Support students with fine motor skills sensory integration and functional independence.

  • Collaborate with teachers school staff and families to ensure effective therapy outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning when required.

Schedule & Work Setting

  • Monday Friday schedule.

  • 37.5 billable hours per week.

  • Therapist may be required to work across multiple school locations.

Required Qualifications

  • Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license.

  • Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
