Job Summary
Duxbury High School is seeking a dynamic and highly qualified educator for the 2026-2027 school year to teach Physics.
Requirements:
- Current certification from Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education with SEI Endorsement Physics 8-12
- Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- Classroom management skills that support students social-emotional learning
- Experience meeting the needs of diverse learners
- Ability to plan and implement lessons that are aligned with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks
- Citizenship residency or work visa required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching AP Physics
- Understanding of standards-based grading
