Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a fine dining environment; bar tending; guiding and training wait staff; cashiering and cash handling. Knowledge of Aloha or other POS . Cash and credit card handling. Experience in restaurant and banquets: reception tableside service a-la-carte service. Proven ability to set up a buffet. Bar service knowledge basic wine spirits and cocktail knowledge. Ability to understand and gather equipment needs based on EventMaster packing lists. Phone and in-person customer service. Ability to take reservations and decide locations to sit guests based on floor plan assignments.
