Job Summary
Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Pleasant Hill/Sparta/Crossville this role you will provide personalized in-home care and support to clients helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing dressing and grooming
- Provide light housekeeping meal preparation and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor client health and safety reporting any changes or concerns
- Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare providers
- Follow detailed care plans and company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Pleasant Hill/Sparta/Crossville TN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate patient and dependable personality
