Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialist Referral Hospital
A multi-disciplinary specialty and emergency veterinary hospital is seeking an Internal Medicine Veterinarian to join its collaborative team of specialists and emergency clinicians. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex medical cases while working in a modern referral center equipped with advanced diagnostic technology and a highly skilled support team.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage complex medical conditions in companion animal patients
Perform advanced diagnostic procedures and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Manage referred internal medicine cases and coordinate follow-up care
Collaborate with specialists emergency veterinarians and clinical staff to provide comprehensive patient care
Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnoses treatment options and long-term management plans
Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Training or experience in veterinary internal medicine
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
