Neurology Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Neurology Clinician/Specialist to join the fantastic team at Veterinary Specialists Scotland. The applicant would preferably be a European or American board-certifiedNeurologist but applications are also welcomed from candidates who have completed an accredited residency.

The Team

The Neurology team is composed of 2cliniciansand one dedicated neurologynurse with a strong surgicalinterest.Support is always available if needed.

We are a vibrantfriendlyand collaborative team who all work together to provide outstanding patient and client care. We currently take referrals in feline and canine medicine soft tissue surgery orthopaedicscardiologyand neurology supported by a team of Specialist Anaesthetists and Diagnostic Imagers. Our team of interns ensure hospitalised patients receive care out-of-hours although we are always available to support them.

Our expanding nursing team has a wealth of experience in referral practice and supports our vision of providing excellence in patient turn the nurses areassistedby the veterinary care assistants and we also have a strong client care team to deal with administrative aspects.

Veterinary Specialists Scotland is a newly established and rapidly expanding purpose-built multi-disciplinary referral centre in the heart of Scotland. Based in Livingston just 20 minutes away from Edinburgh 40 minutes from Glasgow and 15 minutes from the Edinburgh International Airport it allows for easy access to cities or for an escape to the hills and sea.
