Deputy Nurse Manager Up to 47500
The home is bright calm and has been designed with residents in mind. As Deputy Nurse Manager RGN/RMN youll play a visible leadership role across nursing and dementia care combining hands-on practice with supernumerary time.

- This role requires current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
- You must have recent nursing home experience including senior-level responsibility.
- This position is not suitable for nurses without dementia care experience.

What Youll Need

- Act as clinical lead in the absence of the Home Manager
- Contribute to continuous improvement across dementia care provision
