About the Role

Were looking for a strategic outcomedriven Project Manager to lead complex global technology initiatives that directly shape how Convatec delivers value to patients customers and internal teams. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology driving endtoend delivery of crossfunctional projects that enable our digital transformation agenda. Youll bring structure to ambiguity influence senior stakeholders and champion ways of working that elevate performance across global teams. What Youll Lead

Project Delivery & Execution

• Own endtoend delivery of global IT and digital projects ensuring outcomes are achieved on scope quality budget and timeline.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans value cases and delivery roadmaps.
• Monitor progress using industry best practices and proactively manage risks dependencies and issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation RAID logs financials and reporting.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors senior leadership and crossfunctional teams.
• Facilitate alignment across business and technical stakeholders ensuring clarity of objectives and expectations.
• Lead project meetings steering committees and communication cadences.
• Drive a positive collaborative team culture across global workstreams.

Financial & Resource Management

• Manage project budgets including actuals forecasts and variance reporting.
• Support resource planning and capability development in line with Convatecs strategic goals.
• Provide clear rationale for investment decisions and expected business value.

Continuous Improvement

• Champion consistent ways of working across teams and regions.
• Conduct midyear and postimplementation reviews to assess performance and embed learnings.
• Contribute to the evolution of project delivery frameworks tools and governance.

Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree (ideally).
• PMI/PMP or equivalent certification.
• 3 - 5 years of IT project management experience with a proven track record of delivering global projects.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies; familiarity with Scrum.
• Background in complex global organisations.

Industry & Technical Advantage (Nice to Have)

Experience in Medical Devices or Pharma especially with:

• SAP (Finance Quality Supply Chain Sales Manufacturing Warehousing) ECC/S4HANA
• QMS (Quality Management Systems)
• PLM (Product Lifecycle Management)
• MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• CRM platforms

Languages

• English (required)
• Additional languages (advantageous)

Working Conditions

• Occasional travel (up to 5%)
