Head of Business Process & Data Transformation
Mirabel QC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Our client a leader in the aerospace industry is seeking a strategic transformation executive to drive enterprise-wide process and data evolution and help pioneer the transition toward Agentic AI.
Youll be joining a high-impact program environment where you will architect end-to-end business performance establish a Unified Referential framework and co-lead the implementation of advanced AI-driven capabilities across core operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale cross-functional business process transformation
- Define and institutionalize a ONE Referential strategy and enterprise data governance model
- Establish data standards quality frameworks and catalog capabilities
- Strengthen digital Business Continuity Planning and systemic resilience
- Identify and scale high-value Agentic AI use cases (PoV to deployment)
- Design and govern multi-agent orchestration models across functions
What You Bring
- 10 years leading strategic enterprise-wide initiatives in complex global environments (manufacturing/aerospace preferred)
- Strong executive presence with proven stakeholder influence
- Deep experience in business process re-engineering and data governance
- Practical understanding of Agentic & Generative AI applications in business optimization
- Ability to translate strategy into structured scalable execution
- Expertise in Agile (SAFe) Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
