Jardeg is actively recruiting for a Workforce HRIS Coordinator supporting the HRIS Team. Reporting to the HRIS Manager the Workforce HRIS Coordinator is responsible for administering and maintaining the workforce HRIS system .
This is a Hybrid 3-months contract role to support our upcoming Turnaround
Your Role in Building What Matters From Office to Site
- Administer and maintain the HRIS (Costpoint and Success Factors)ensuring data accuracy and adherence to HRIS standards
- Manage employee lifecycle data (hires changes terminations) including documentation collection and updates
- Support system integrity and integrations by escalating technical issues and assisting with data corrections
- Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting ensuring compliance and data readiness
- Serve as the primary HRIS contact responding to user access requests and basic stakeholder inquiries while coordinating with payroll and HRIS teams
The Right Tools for the Job
- Education: Bachelors degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years related experience required.
