About Network Steel
The Role
As a Fabricator at Network Steel youll be an integral part of our production team helping to bring our steel designs to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work orders
Cut and assemble steel components to specification
Perform welds to meet the required specifications for each order
Operate fabrication machinery (drills grinders etc.)
Work collaboratively with workshop and drafting teams to maintain efficient production flow
Maintain a safe clean and organised work area
Assist with other tasks as required
About You
Experience in steel fabrication or metalwork (structural steel experience preferred)
Confident in reading and interpreting drawings and fabrication details
Competent in MIG (certifications or trade qualification highly regarded)
Competent in MMA (Stick welding) (certifications advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable punctual and committed to safe work practices
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Forklift/Combilift experience (advantageous)
