Synergie isseeking a talented Fabricator to contribute to a busy workshop fabricating and welding custom trailers and components that meet the rigorous demands of heavy vehicle and petrochemical applications. This permanent role offers flexible start times and the opportunity to work with a close-knit team dedicated to quality and safety.

Whats in it for you:

Permanent full-time position with stable hours (9-hour days Monday to Friday) and optional Saturdays.
Competitive pay rate of between $40 - $50p/h penalties (daily) for those with trade certificate/extensive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and weld custom parts and fit-ups using TIG MIG and Stick welding techniques on alloy stainless steel and steel materials.

Perform repair and maintenance tasks on heavy trailers to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Maintain a clean safe and organized workplace to uphold quality standards.
Work effectively both independently and collaboratively within the team.

What were looking for:

Proven fabrication experience preferably within heavy vehicle or custom fabrication fields.
Extensive welding skills in TIG MIG and Stick-on Alloy Stainless Steel and Steel.
Strong attention to detail and a dedicated approach to safety and quality standards.
Current drivers licence.
A Nationally recognised Trade Certificate or significant practical fabrication experience.
Reliability punctuality and a solid work history.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
