What You Can Expect
Drive enterprise growth by selling Zoom solutions to Japans largest organizations with 10000 employees. Partner with IT leaders and executives to design customized communication strategies that transform business operations. Deliver measurable impact by closing high-value deals and expanding Zooms presence across enterprise accounts. You will be based in Tokyo or Osaka and report to Manager Enterprise Sales in Tokyo.

Our team delivers enterprise communication solutions that connect organizations globally. We collaborate across sales technical and customer success functions to solve complex business challenges. We exist to expand Zooms impact in Japans largest enterprises.
Responsibilities
- Building and managing a pipeline of enterprise opportunities with organizations of 10000 employees through strategic prospecting and relationship development
- Partnering with IT departments line-of-business leaders and C-level executives to understand business needs and propose tailored Zoom solutions
- Leading complex sales cycles from discovery through contract negotiation coordinating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive proposals
- Growing revenue within existing enterprise accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and driving adoption of additional Zoom services
- Forecasting sales performance accurately and maintaining detailed account records in Salesforce CRM to support business planning
What Were Looking For
- Demonstrate 8 years of enterprise account executive experience selling technology solutions to large organizations
- Communicate fluently in Japanese (native or business-level proficiency) with strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Show proven ability to engage both IT departments and line-of-business stakeholders in solution design and business process improvement
- Manage complex sales cycles including pipeline development accurate forecasting and multi-stakeholder negotiations
- Acquire new enterprise clients while expanding revenue within existing accounts through strategic relationship management
- Use Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office tools (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint) effectively for sales operations
- Read and understand English content with support from translation tools to access global resources and collaborate internationally
- Lead large-scale implementation projects involving multiple departments and technical integrations (highly welcomed)

求めるご経験スキル
- 8 年以上のエンタープライズアカウントエグゼクティブ経験を有すること大規模組織へのテクノロジーソリューション営業経験
- 日本語(ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル)で流暢にコミュニケーションでき優れた文書作成およびプレゼンテーションスキルを持つこと
- IT 部門と事業部門の両方のステークホルダーと協力しソリューション設計とビジネスプロセス改善に取り組んだ実績を示せること
- パイプライン開発正確な予測複数のステークホルダーとの交渉を含む複雑な営業サイクルを管理できること
- 戦略的な関係管理を通じて新規エンタープライズ顧客を獲得し既存アカウント内で収益を拡大できること
- Salesforce CRM および Microsoft Office ツール(ExcelOutlookWordPowerPoint)を営業業務で効果的に使用できること
