You will execute initiatives throughI2M and IIM processes for the site and ensureeffective execution coordinationtracking & communication of change as it relates to new and existing products packaging and processes for the plant.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Support Project Development / Execution: Execute initiatives through I2M/IIM(Innovation 2 Market; Initiative Management)Provide critical inputs to thesite BDleader (specifically for IIM Design Reviews (DR2 DR6)); From Design reviews-DR 4 onwards execute project activities on the site; Master data creationArt Work Raw/Pack Material availability Track timings and report to project team. Organize trials and FPAs ( team logistics etc.).Communication and execution of promotional activities within the I2M process.
- Support ongoing business simplification: Provide inputs to Site BD leader to support Integration of overall site change management agenda to ensuredelivery of projects while maintaining service levels. Coordination (planning and tracking) with all plant departments for plant trials key project tracking and communication of Plant activities key Cross functional team members (external to the plant). Work on the de-complexity agenda andsupport the delivery of the site productivity and improvement agenda. Ensure execution of regional /global menu cards and ensure that manufacturinghurdle rates are met.
- Support site BD Leader to Manage the interfaces with the category PCMs be responsible for the timely execution of new initiatives and businessrelated projects using IIM methodology; Coordinates effectively with Operations Core team to setup VSU teams for the projects and with the Engineeringteam to manage startup and construction activities for the projects.

- Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance 5s LEAN 6 sigma tools and conceptsSafety & GMP standards
- Possess financial & business acumen project management skills and Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipmentTechnology & Engineeringautomation basics.
- Computerproficiency (MS Office to include Word Excel PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems. Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)Analytical & Problem solving skills strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Gestión de Proyectos y Metodologías:Implementar y administrar proyectos asegurando la ejecución del Way of Working para nuevas iniciativas y mejoras.
- Seguridad Calidad e Inocuidad:Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad (empresariales y mexicanas) estándares ambientales (ISO 14001 OHSAS 1801) la calidad de los productos a través del dominio tecnológico y la inocuidad alimentaria (BPM HACCP ISOs).
- Optimización de Procesos y Productividad:Identificar y actuar sobre las pérdidas de GE y Yield para mejorar la productividad de conversión. Definir medidas de control estandarizar procesos (CTPs) y balancear líneas de producción.
- Enlace Interdepartamental:Servir como nexo entre Ingeniería ID y Manufactura para proyectos de innovación y reportar sus resultados.
- Documentación y Conocimiento Técnico:Crear instrucciones operativas y diagramas de trabajo estandarizados y desarrollar un profundo conocimiento técnico de los procesos.
- Coordinación de Pruebas:Solicitar y asegurar la ejecución de pruebas de producción.
Educación:
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería (Industrial Alimentos o afín) opcional certificado como Green Belt.
Experiencia:
- Al menos 2 años de experiencia.
Idioma:
Herramientas y conocimientos:
- Herramientas de solución de problemas (5whys Ishikawa DMAIC 12 steps kaizen)
- Manejo de Minitab básico.
- Estándares de Calidad. (GMP ISOs OSHAS HACCP diseño sanitario)
- Seguridad en el Trabajo (LOTO)
Modalidad:
- Presencial Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 6:00 pm
