Position Summary
The organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience or strong interest in functional and integrative medicine to join its growing clinical team in the Tustin area.
This full-time permanent role offers the opportunity to practice patient-centered medicine with an emphasis on prevention wellness and addressing underlying causes of disease. Providers will work alongside a collaborative clinical team and have opportunities to expand their knowledge in integrative and lifestyle-based care.

Essential Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations focusing on root-cause medicine
Develop individualized treatment plans using integrative and functional medicine approaches
Address chronic conditions through lifestyle nutrition and preventive strategies
Educate patients on long-term wellness and healthy lifestyle practices
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Participate in clinical discussions and ongoing professional learning
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Licensure: Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license; active DEA registration preferred
Experience: Background in family medicine internal medicine wellness medicine or functional/integrative care preferred
