Job Summary

Harvest Moon Catering is looking for qualified Event Delivery Drivers and Event Delivery Assistants to help with our busy upcoming fall!

Position Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for helping the successful operation of the rental warehouse as well as timely delivery and set up of event rental items at the event sites. This position requires an organized individual with logistics skills.

This position organizes and fills the orders for the client which requires finding the correct product from the warehouse and preparing it for delivery.

This player assists management in keeping warehouse products organized. This position also helps ensure delivery trucks are in good working order and clean. They also work in the warehouse helping with general duties such as cleaning and maintaining products and the warehouse itself.

Major Duties:

Preparation of inventory to satisfy scheduled deliveries and pickups for daily orders.
Safely load in and out events based on rental picklists.
Safely delivering our products to different locations.
Implementing and completing warehouse opening operation and closing procedures on a daily basis.
Timely arrival accounting and preparation of new rental inventory.
Help process clean and put away rental inventory.
Maintain all warehouse equipment in safe and working condition.
Maintain all company vehicles in safe and working condition.

Required Qualifications and Education:

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Have a valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate routinely via phone personal contact and via our scheduling app.

*Catering or rentals experience is a plus!

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift 50-80 lbs.
Walking standing sitting required throughout the typical business day.
The ability to work in non-air-conditioned environments w/o heat or cooling.
The ability to regularly and repetitively bend carry climb grasp kneel lift pull push reach sit stand twist and walk.
