Work Hours: Full-Time; Monday Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm

Qualifications
Heres What You Need:
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required.
Experience
3 years in a commercial or industrial environment Required.
1 year of Hospital Maintenance experience Preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
DL Drivers License upon hire Required.
Skills
Proficient in the use of computerized systems for all aspects of job performance.
Troubleshooting diagnosing and repairing mechanical electrical and utility systems.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
Ability to work effectively unsupervised and in teams.
Excellent written verbal and listening skills.
Ability to work nights weekends and/or holidays.
What You Will Do:
Provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for hospital hospital equipment and hospital properties utilizing the computerized maintenance management system. Performs the duties of skill trades such as plumbing electrical carpentry painting general maintenance mechanical HVAC and exterior maintenance as required.
Provide technical support and general guidance to facility staff in the repair and operation of facility equipment components utilities and the like.
Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs education opportunities and related training.
