Infosys is seekingaSeniorConsultantwithexperienceonOracle CX Cloud including implementation of Oracle Fusion Service CloudOracle Digital Customer Serviceand related modules and ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle Fusion Serviceand Digital Customer Servicecomplemented byexperience with other Oracle CX modules anda broad understanding ofotherOracleFusion Apps.

This rolewillrequireto play key role in implementationsandcontribute to different phases ofprojectlifecycleincludingleadingrequirementsgathering solutiondesignand play an important role in the configuration developmentand deployment of theOracle will require to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers analysts and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Location for this position isRaleigh NC Indianapolis IN Phoenix AZ Richardson TX or Hartford CT.This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology

• Minimum 3years of experiencein OracleCX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud Digital Customer Serviceand related technologies

• Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of processesand problem definition.

• Knowledgeand experience of implementing Service Request Management Knowledge Management Digital Customer Service and Omnichannel features with Fusion Service Cloud.

• Strong understanding of business processes related to Customer Service Service Entitlements/CoveragesRMA andDepot Repair

• Skilled with application and Page Composer Groovy ScriptingRedwood UX and Visual Builder.

• Knowledge of Webservices based integration

• PoC ideation creation and demonstration to client

Preferred Qualifications:

• Perform role of aSenior Consultantat onsite and work with offshore team on deliverables.

• Should have done at least 2 green field implementations and have experience in working in projects with Agile methodology.

• Good analytical and communication skills

• Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
