- Provide prenatal antepartum and postpartum careto both underserved and general patient populations.
- Provide comprehensive gynecologic care including well-woman exams contraceptive counseling and individualized family planning support.
- Perform comprehensive assessments order and interpret diagnostics and develop treatment plans
- Educate and empower patients through every stage of pregnancy and beyond
- Document care accurately within the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP)
- Virginia RN and NP license (or eligibility)
- Board certification as WHNP or FNP
- Prescriptive authority (or eligibility)
- BLS certification
- Experience in obstetrics or womens health
