Senior Helpers of the Palm Beaches is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to provide skilled nursing visits for client requiring tube feedings assistance. This role is ideal for a nurse looking for flexible visits while making a meaningful impact in a clients home.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a LPN or RN to perform 2-4 daily visits to assist with tube feeding and monitoring for a client in Palm Beaches Area.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tube feeding administration according to the care plan
• Monitor Clients vital signs and overall condition
• Ensure proper feeding tube care and cleanliness
• Document visits and report any changes in condition
• Communicate with Senior Helpers and the family as needed
• Follow clinical and safety protocol

Qualifications:

• Drivers License
• Active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License(s)
• Current American Heart Association BLS
• CEUs Alzheimers Training Domestic Violence FL. Laws & Rules HIV/AIDS OSHA HIPAA Human Trafficking Impairment in the Workplace Medical Error Prevention and Safety
• Recent Physical
• Valid Auto Insurance
• Experience with tube feeding or enteral nutrition preferred
• Reliable transportation to travel to client visits

Schedule:

• 2-4 visits per day
