Job Summary

Join the team at Morristown Nissan as a Service Advisor in Morristown this role you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. You will work closely with service technicians to provide accurate information schedule appointments and keep customers informed throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Understand and assess customers service needs providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Schedule service appointments in an efficient and organized manner.
  • Communicate service status and any additional needed repairs or maintenance to customers clearly.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions services performed and parts used.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in automotive service or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automotive terminology and service procedures is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
