Job Summary

Overview:

ReluTech is hiring for a full-time position at our ITAD processing facility in Norcross GA. This is an on-site role and candidates are expected to report to the office 5 days a this position you will be working as a part of a small team to help support all our hardware processing operations primarily through receipt testing data sanitization and shipment of data center equipment. Direct experience with enterprise systems is not required but an interest and enthusiasm for computer hardware is strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities:

Order receiving product identification and light testing
Inventory Management through hands-on data entry and ERP interfacing.
Verifying all equipment passes the necessary testing requirements
Sales Order processing for outbound orders
- Ensure correct product and quantities are on order
- Pack and Ship
Follow all R2V3 requirements for processing equipment
Utilize erasure software to sanitize data from Enterprise systems and drives
Evaluate diagnose troubleshoot IT hardware and perform repairs as necessary
Coordinate with other Team Members for the purpose of completing projects/orders efficiently

Experience with R2V3 processing data sanitization and enterprise IT Hardware.
Experience with commercial ERP software Microsoft Office Suite or other Business applications.
