The Role: Strategic Leadership & Advisory
The successful incumbent will lead complex client mandates and shape transformation strategy at the Board and EXCO level. This is a high-impact role responsible for designing and delivering strategies for multinational and high-growth organisations.
Key Accountabilities
Strategic Advisory: Lead comprehensive transformation diagnostics and design multi-year roadmaps aligned to commercial strategy and regulatory requirements.
Executive Engagement: Advise Boards and EXCO on transformation risk exposure optimisation pathways and beyond-compliance positioning.
Technical Authority: Provide forward-looking interpretation of policy developments and sector code amendments.
Ownership Specialist: Evaluate B-BBEE ownership transactions and determine the impact on the ownership scorecard.
Growth & Revenue: Identify and convert strategic opportunities within the client portfolio and lead proposal development for complex mandates.
Team Leadership: Manage project teams and oversee the delivery of high-quality client results.

Experience & Qualifications
Professional Experience: 812 years of progressive experience in B-BBEE advisory transformation consulting or ownership structuring.
Enterprise Exposure: Demonstrated experience advising listed or large enterprise clients.
Educational Background: A relevant degree in Accounting Finance Law Economics or Development Studies.
Professional Credentials: A postgraduate qualification (MBA LLB) or professional designation (CA(SA) or CFA) is highly advantageous.
Technical Skills: Advanced legislative expertise in B-BBEE Codes and Sector Codes alongside strong financial and analytical modelling skills.
