We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10 years of proven expertise in managing large-scale complex technology projects.

Key Technical & Core Skills Required

Project & Program Management

• Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery (estimating planning mobilization execution and closure)
• Expertise in scope schedule budget and risk management
• Hands-on experience in change management processes
• Experience in contract management and interpretation
• Strong knowledge of work planning and governance structures
• Experience managing large-scale complex projects

Financial & Performance Management

• Budget tracking and financial performance monitoring
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting
• Experience ensuring delivery against quality and performance KPIs

Tools & Technical Knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies
• In-depth expertise in Microsoft Project
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• Familiarity with project management tools methods and best practices

Delivery & Workforce Management

• Experience managing onshore offshore and nearshore teams
• Experience managing subcontractors and SLAs
• Strong stakeholder and client governance management experience

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Customer expectation management

Ensure successful project delivery aligned to schedule budget quality and customer satisfaction.

Lead end-to-end project execution from estimation and planning to closure.

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Identify manage and resolve project risks and issues proactively.

Monitor and control project financial performance as per contractual agreements.

Balance scope schedule budget quality and risk effectively.

Implement and govern formal change management processes.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans and governance structures.

Ensure requirements traceability across the project lifecycle.

Drive change enablement throughout project execution.

Manage client expectations and secure stakeholder buy-in.

Represent the organization in governance and steering meetings.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Manage subcontractors vendors and SLAs effectively.

Define project approach resourcing roles and timelines.

Optimize resource utilization and capability development.

Lead onshore offshore and nearshore delivery teams.

Utilize Microsoft Project and TFS for tracking and reporting.
