Position Overview:

We areseekinga motivated and creativeGraphic Design Internto support our Enterprise Data Organization (EDO) communications and storytelling efforts. This internship is designed for students orearlycareerdesigners who are eager to apply foundational design skills learn from experienced team members and gainhandsonexperience creating visual content for internal audiences.

The intern will work under guidance to help translate complex ideas into clear engaging visuals across presentations intranet content and digital communications while developing professional skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistin creating visual and digital materials such as presentations newsletters and intranet content that support internal communications and key messages.

  • Develop compelling video and multimedia content for internal platforms and training materials learning how storytelling can simplify complex topics.

  • Design and update PowerPoint presentations to improve clarity consistency and visual engagement.

  • Utilize Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) to design graphics and layouts by following established templates and brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with team members andcrossfunctionalpartners to understand project goals and incorporate feedback into design updates.

  • Manageorganizeandmaintaina media and asset library helping ensure files are labeled stored and easy tolocate.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks adhering todeadlinesandmaintaininghigh-quality standards.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design visual communication and internal storytelling.

  • Participate as a collaborative team member by asking questions sharing ideas and being open to feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • Students graduating in the year 2027 specializing in Graphicor Multimedia Design Marketing Communications ora relatedfield with a good academic track record.

  • Proficiencyin Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) Canva PowerPoint and a video content design tool (Camtasia Adobe Premier Pro After Effects) with a portfolioshowcasingyour design skills.

  • Foundational understanding of design principles including layout typography and color.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual content.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and contributeina fast-paced development environment.
