Field Service Engr I

You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor and youll work out of our Barueri location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our customers operations by delivering exceptional technical support and service.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers.
• Provide technical support for our Industrial Automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
