Job Summary

Job Description

Delivering high-performance software and hardware solutions used in live production video distribution and critical media workflows youll drive new business growing key accounts and selling technically complex solutions to stakeholders from engineers to executives across Canada & LATAM markets. The role offers strong autonomy high earning potential and regular travel making it ideal for someone passionate about broadcast and AV technology.

What youll be doing:

  • Own and manage the regional sales pipeline accounts and partner channels
  • Prospect qualify and close new business while growing existing accounts
  • Sell complex software and hardware solutions to stakeholders up to executive level
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM data
  • Lead product demonstrations customer training and technical presentations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering product and project teams
  • Resolve customer issues and manage multiple accounts in parallel
  • Travel regularly to customer sites and industry events/tradeshows.

What youll bring:

  • 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales with a strong track record
  • Consistent achievement or overachievement of sales targets
  • Strong communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and strong MS Office skills
  • Highly autonomous proactive and customer-focused
  • Comfortable multitasking prioritizing and working under pressure
  • Willing and able to travel internationally; valid passport required.
  • Background in Broadcast or Video/AV/IT solutions
  • Language skills: English & French (Spanish proficiency ideal)
