Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

TDM Farmsthe hog production division ofHog Slat Incorporatedis seeking a dynamic individual with previous Feed Mill experience to fill the role of ourNight Shift Feed Mill Supervisor (10p-10a).The primary responsibilities of this role will be to coordinate and manage the overall feed mill operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.

Learn to make the different formulas of feed that TDM distributes to local TDM farms.
Maintaining the micro table and roller mill.
Completing micro testing when needed.
Transferring of corn
Completing the feed and driver lineup
Oversee 2 other nighttime employees

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
The best candidates for theNighttime Feed Mill Supervisorposition at Hog Slat will have all the following previous experiences.

Ability to use critical thinking and judgment skills to reach the best possible solution to a problem
Demonstrate experience or desire to facilitate encourage coach and lead a team to reach set goals
Must have a valid drivers license and clean motor vehicle record
Supervisor experience
Able to work holidays & weekends when needed.
