As a Texas Instruments Equipment Engineer you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic team oriented environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring quality and integrity in executing work on the Wirebond Process
- Overseeing the installation modification upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Keeping current on equipment manufacturers technical notices upgrades and safety issues
- Studying equipment performance and reliability
- Establishing programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process
- Providing technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations
- Defining and writing preventative maintenance schedules
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Education (Bachelors degree Electrical Engineering Electrical Computer Engineering Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Materials Science Engineering) Physics or related engineering degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment as an Equipment Engineer
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advance setup preventive maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g. conversion MHS (Material Handling System) Setting and Calibration)
Can peform machine qualification
Advance knowledge on Excel/Powerpoint/SQL/Spotfire or similar data collection and visualization skills
With background in Programming (Phython) and Automations
Implemented yield and cost improvement projects (e.g. Machine Parts Innovation) - Nice to Have:
Advanced DOE skills
Process Engineering Background
AI Background
Knowledged in MVP Tools ( Tool ISP Tools Dage Measuring Tools)
