We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tax Manager to join our Global Tax Team and play a key role in supporting high impact Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects across our this role you will provide hands on support throughout the full tax lifecycle of strategic transactions ranging from Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) and tax provisioning to compliance and implementation planning.

You will work closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders including our Tax Leadership team global M&A project teams Finance Legal external tax advisors and law firms.

This is an exciting opportunity for a tax professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to complex global initiatives. The role can be based out of our office in Leiden Netherlands OR Luxembourg in a hybrid capacity.

Where Youll Make a Difference

Provide end-to-end project support on ongoing global M&A transactions including:

Contribute to the Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) process including data preparation coordination with external advisors and review of tax analyses.
Support the creation planning and execution of the tax step plan ensuring accurate sequencing and alignment with broader project milestones.
Assist with the tax provision process coordinating data needs and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Manage tax compliance matters related to Project Foxtrot and other strategic projects.
Facilitate effective cross-functional communication across Tax M&A Finance Legal and external advisors.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics.
8 years of international tax experience ideally within a multinational business plus experience in a legal or accounting firm.
Strong knowledge of European and international tax regulations.
Demonstrated M&A project experience including due diligence compliance or structuring.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ability to prioritize multitask and manage projects in a fastpaced environment.
Proactive collaborative and solutionoriented mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and work as a team player.

How Would You Stand Out

Experience working on large crossborder transactions with multiple stakeholders demonstrating the ability to navigate complex corporate structures and fastevolving project timelines.
Proven ability to anticipate tax risks and proactively propose practical solutions bringing a strategic mindset that goes beyond execution
Relevant exposure in using tax and accounting solutions will be an advantage
