Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of related work experience required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the legal industry highly desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate catering services for meetings and events with support staff and vendors.
- Assist with various departmental and non-client business activities.
- Oversee daily facilities operations to maintain a clean safe and efficient environment.
- Prepare and set up meeting rooms ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Clean and reset conference rooms after meetings.
- Stock and maintain break areas to meet employee needs.
- Service and maintain coffee machines including weekly rinsing and supply replenishment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Meet physical requirements: able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
