Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager directs the strategic and tactical operations of the maintenance function for the entire plant. This position ensures equipment reliability oversees preventive and predictive programs manages maintenance budgets and aligns maintenance strategies with overall production goals. The Maintenance Manager acts as the primary liaison between maintenance engineering and operations to drive uptime efficiency and cost optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all maintenance operations for plant equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with production and quality objectives.
- Oversee preventive predictive and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure maintenance effectiveness.
- Manage maintenance budgeting forecasting and cost-control initiatives.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations for capital project planning and equipment upgrades.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and ISO standards.
- Develop and mentor supervisors and technical staff to ensure skill development and succession planning.
- Serve as the maintenance subject matter expert for audits and inspections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Technology or related field.
- 1012 years of maintenance experience with at least 5 in management.
- Strong knowledge of reliability engineering and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Proven experience managing large maintenance teams and multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Advanced understanding of automation controls and CMMS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in uptime and cost efficiency.
